CHILL, STEAM OR SAUTE
To Thaw: Remove from vacuum wrap. Place shells in bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed.
Simple Cooking Instructions: For best taste and texture, sauté or steam the clams.
Sauté: Place thawed clams in a pan with your favorite sauce and cook until shells open.
Steam: Fill bottom (3/4” in depth) of large stock pot with water. Heat water to a boil. Place thawed clams in steam basket and steam in pot over medium heat for about 4 minutes or until the clams are thoroughly heated and open.
Chill: To serve cold, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes after steaming.
CAUTION: Contents will be hot. Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to the make, model and temperature calibration of your stove or oven.
